Dania Beach Hurricane at Boomers South Florida's only wooden roller coaster -- and only real notable coaster, really -- is located at the Boomer's arcade and activity entertainment center. You can't miss it. If you're driving down I-95 it tempts drivers to pull over and give it a spin. Coaster Works may not have much of a design history but it has a pleasing ride here with plenty of airtime to keep you bouncing up and down in your seat. The coaster made it to the Guiness Book of World Records when it featured the oldest collection of riders on a coaster when a group of senior citizens took it out for a drive. The best thing about this one is that unless you're hitting it on a Friday or Saturday night that you can walk right on to the ride.
